The past weekend til this morning, Sydney and throughout New South Wales, we’ve been hit with heavy rain and strong winds 4 days in a row. ☔️☔️🌧️<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In front of my home, there stands a magnificent eucalyptus tree, which I\u2019ve taken the liberty of considering my personal sacred tree (lol).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After a storm, I often see its bark peeling and hanging off, and\u2014perhaps because I once struggled with severe atopic dermatitis for a long time\u2014I strangely find myself identifying with it. (🤣 lol)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As I sweep away the fallen leaves and barks after the rain and wind, I sometimes feel a little yet old scarce in my heart.😅<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s been two years since I moved here, and I now realized that there was a reason for this change why it happened to me. (Feeling nostalgic 😌)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Last year, my health was poor all year round, and naturally, my skin was in terrible condition from head to toe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But through that experience, I felt more strongly than ever how deeply the body and mind are connected. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gradually, I was able to let go of the self-loathing and suffering I had carried for so long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I spent countless moments simply stroking my body, speaking to it, and being present with myself. ☺️<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now, except for a small part of my legs, my skin has completely healed, and my inner vitality (or life force?) has returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In my journey of self-discovery and healing, I allow and let my intuition unleash while holding back my mind \/thoughts keep quiet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I tend to be quite logical thinking person, so if I don\u2019t consciously give myself permission, I often dismiss my intuitive insights before they even take root.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When I was working on “rebuilding myself,” I often came across phrases like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Well\u2026,<\/p>\n\n\n\n For someone like me, who felt an overwhelming doing that process, I always wanted someone else to give me the answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the past, I lived entirely in my left brain, completely shutting off my right brain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As a result, even when I did mind work, I often mistook my inner voice of my thoughts for the deeper voice of my true self. 😨<\/p>\n\n\n\n On top of that, I\u2019m easily distracted, so I struggled with sitting still and being quiet. 😓<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because of all this, I often wondered, <\/p>\n\n\n\n “If the answers are inside me, how do I even access them?”<\/strong> and felt completely lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For someone like me, two methods worked particularly well:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Both of these practices allow me to move beyond verbal expression <\/strong>🥸 and discover new aspects of myself.
