The other day, I had the joy of offering a private Art Therapy session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My client was Meg, a dear crystal-loving friend who lives in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are both students of the same teacher who works with crystals and aromatherapy for healing. Because we live far apart, we had only spoken through Zoom before. Still, Meg had received my distant Reiki sessions a couple of times, and I\u2019d always hoped that one day we could meet in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That wish came true last year when we both joined a crystal retreat in Sedona, hosted by our teacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The retreat itself was a deeply transformative experience in many ways \u2014 it called me to make a new level of commitment to my path \u2014 but that\u2019s a story for another time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meg told me she had long wanted to experience my Art Therapy. She decided to receive it at a time when she was standing at an important crossroads in her life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Art Therapy is based on the principles of Transpersonal Psychology. Through conversation and creative expression, clients become aware \u2014 using all their senses \u2014 of the patterns and emotions woven through their conscious, subconscious, and sometimes even unconscious mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By recognizing and accepting these inner dynamics, healing naturally unfolds, and the client often finds the courage to take their next step forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My approach is entirely client-centered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t diagnose, evaluate, or give advice.
Instead, I accompany the client as they explore their inner world \u2014 discovering what lies within, embracing it, integrating what serves them, and releasing what no longer does.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free art expression is simply a tool to support this process.
It\u2019s not about how well you draw or paint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What truly matters is how deeply you can surrender to your own creative flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trust plays a vital role \u2014 trust in the space<\/em>, trust in the therapist<\/em>, and most importantly, trust in yourself<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My role is to walk alongside the client, sometimes as a gentle companion, sometimes as a quiet guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No two sessions are ever the same. Each client walks their own journey \u2014 facing challenges, questions, and turning points unique to them. And yet, even when they stumble, they rise again, because deep within, they already know the answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each time I witness this sincere exploration, I am deeply moved.
Through every client, I too continue to learn \u2014 and to be reminded of the beauty that lives within each person\u2019s soul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
