Hello, beautiful souls!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yesterday (January 11th \u2014 a lovely day of repeating ones), I took part in the first Spiritual & Wellness Fair of the year. This bi-monthly market is held at Sydney\u2019s largest second-hand bookstore, and I feel grateful to be able to join it regularly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thankfully, almost every time I participate, I offer the same menu: Crystal Mini Readings and Self-Liberation Free Art<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session begins with participants choosing crystals that draw their attention from those laid out. After receiving a reading, they then express what they feel inside\u2014guided by the message of the crystal\u2014by freely drawing on a large sheet of paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yesterday, I headed out with the same intention and menu, carrying my tools from home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because I bring crystals and art supplies, it\u2019s always quite a load. In particular, the art paper is very large\u2014we hang it on the wall for people to draw on\u2014so I usually roll several sheets into a tube and carry them by hand, as they don\u2019t fit in a bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And yet\u2026 despite having prepared everything and placed it by the front door beforehand, I completely forgot to take the paper with me! 🫣
What\u2019s worse, I only realised once I arrived at the bookstore and started setting up my booth! 😅<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offering art as part of the menu but having no paper\u2014what a situation! 🫣
The heart of this session is allowing people to move freely and intuitively on a large sheet of paper\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was no time to go back home, so I decided to make do with the A4 backup paper I had brought, thinking, \u201cWell, it can\u2019t be helped.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And then the fair began.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What unfolded afterward felt quite mysterious. While chatting with a visitor, they asked if I could offer Reiki. Although it wasn\u2019t on the menu, I decided to give them a session on the spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the strengths of Reiki is that once it flows to a person, it naturally reaches the areas of the body that need support\u2014even without direct touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They seemed to feel the effects immediately. While I was offering Reiki to their head, they noticed sensations near their left shoulder blade, which had been painful. Afterward, they shared that the area felt lighter, as if everything had gently flowed through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps overhearing this, another person then asked to receive Reiki as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This second person had fractured their right ankle at the end of November last year and had recently transitioned from crutches to wearing a moon boot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I offered Reiki right away. As I moved from the head down through the body, they mentioned that their injured right ankle was already responding. I continued down the legs, working with the ankle and soles of the feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the session, they happily shared that their ankle felt much better\u2014the swelling had gone down, and walking felt significantly easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then came the third person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since it was a Sunday, the area around the building was bustling with people. Amid all the movement, this person seemed to feel overwhelmed and slightly unwell\u2014perhaps from sensory overload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Encouraged by those around them, we offered a short session on the spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With deep breathing and Reiki, their complexion gradually returned, and they felt noticeably better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I returned home, I found the large paper I had prepared\u2014still rolled up in its tube\u2014exactly where I had left it by the front door. (laughs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe my spirit had quietly said,
\u201cYou won\u2019t need that today\u2014no need to bring it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, I found myself wondering if I should start including Reiki at future fairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps somewhere out there, someone is needing my Reiki ✊<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the end, it became a truly fulfilling day\u2014one where Reiki, which I deeply love, was able to support others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I thought was a big mistake turned out to be unnecessary after all\u2014a small, mysterious, and lucky story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
