April Art & Meditation (online) opens on Sunday the 13th🌈

Hello everyone,

Is it just me, or does time seem to be passing faster and faster each year? It’s hard to believe that the first quarter of 2025 will already be over this weekend (or next Monday).

In our modern lives, flooded with information from multiple sources, it’s easy to lose our peace of mind and feel overwhelmed. We may find ourselves being pushed aside, making it difficult to return to our own center.

Drawing is a simple yet powerful method for self-regulation.

By giving your mind a moment to rest, other senses in your body become more active, helping you focus more deeply on yourself.

The images you create on paper can serve as a form of self-communication—offering insights beyond simple self-talk.

Our next April Art & Meditation Sunday will take place on Sunday, April 13th.

During the session, I will guide you into a calming state with a visualization script.

This is a small but precious opportunity to reconnect with yourself—the part of you that often goes unnoticed in the rush of daily life.

It may also be a chance to simply unwind and let go.

From there, you will be able to express your inner sensations on paper.

We are not aiming to create fine art; instead, our focus is on capturing and expressing the present moment as you experience it.

I am excited to share this creative and reflective space with you—a safe, relaxed environment where you can return to yourself.
