Words In a Passing Moment ~ upon post client session

Human body let the pain with sorrow or grief you experience, sit and stay somewhere in your body for sometime, or long time.

While your conscious mind throws you up the words ‘Forget it’, ‘Just move on’, ‘It was nothing’, your body conceal the pain deep down but never forget them.

Even if you act energetic and cheerful, the memory of the pain created with your experience stay deeply in your body.

Over a time, those unmoving pain in the body could make the stagnant flow of energy, and it may appear as stiffness or tension in the body. If left unnoticed, this stagnation can eventually affect your health.

Reiki can be very effective in easing these blockages. By placing my warm hands holding Reiki energy over, or even just hover above the body, the warm and gentle Reiki begins to soothe and soften the hardened areas, and it allow energy to start flowing again.

As the body relaxes, your suppressed emotions may rise to the surface. This may be expressed as joy, anger, sadness, or laughter, or it may appear as physical reactions such as headaches or fatigue. These are signs of release, the process, and it is important to allow them to let it happen without trying to stop them as that are the steps of process letting go of your old emotion you’ve carried with you.

Art therapy is an another modality offering the pathway effectively in soft approach likewise Reiki does to you.

While we usually rely on words to express ourselves in our everyday life, in art therapy words are transformed into colours, lines, and dots.

At first, you may be confused about how to express yourself this way. But you know, when we first receive information from outer world through our senses,  our body doesn’t recognized them what ‘that is’ until the process happens between the senses and the brain to identify what linguistically.

Let’s pause this “translation” process, and let your artist self express what the body feels directly through imagery.

Because of this, the colours and shapes you spontaneously draw may vary and even looks like them being out of rule. Refrain the judgement or commonsense in your drawing expression, and let them come arise on the paper.

You may be surprised by unexpected choices colours, but the most important thing is to enjoy the process of expressing yourself. On paper, you are free.

Through art, the parts of you that have been stuck can be expressed and made visible. Once they appear in your awareness, light shines on them, and you can begin to truly see and accept yourself.

As you continue to focus your awareness inward, you may discover hidden aspects and deeper layers of yourself.

Lastly, I can’t close my mumbles without introducing the crystals. It’s known that everything existing on planet Earth vibrates, and so do stones. Each crystal has its own vibration, their frequencies remain constant while we humans fluctuate.

When you are intuitively drawn to a crystal, it is more than just visual appeal — it is resonance.

It may seem strange to think of yourself resonating with a silent stone, but when a crystal catches your attention, trust your feeling. The crystal is offering something aligned with you at a deeper level.

In today’s digital, AI-driven world, it is especially meaningful to hold a piece of the Earth in your hand — to feel its texture, its roughness, its imperfections — and to find new insights and confirmations through a crystal session.

Reiki, art therapy, and crystals all exist to support and encourage your true essence and inner power.
