A Client Feedback about a Private Session With Art Therapy

The other day, I had the joy of offering a private Art Therapy session.

My client was Meg, a dear crystal-loving friend who lives in the United States.

We are both students of the same teacher who works with crystals and aromatherapy for healing. Because we live far apart, we had only spoken through Zoom before. Still, Meg had received my distant Reiki sessions a couple of times, and I’d always hoped that one day we could meet in person.

That wish came true last year when we both joined a crystal retreat in Sedona, hosted by our teacher.

The retreat itself was a deeply transformative experience in many ways — it called me to make a new level of commitment to my path — but that’s a story for another time.

Meg told me she had long wanted to experience my Art Therapy. She decided to receive it at a time when she was standing at an important crossroads in her life.

My Art Therapy is based on the principles of Transpersonal Psychology. Through conversation and creative expression, clients become aware — using all their senses — of the patterns and emotions woven through their conscious, subconscious, and sometimes even unconscious mind.

By recognizing and accepting these inner dynamics, healing naturally unfolds, and the client often finds the courage to take their next step forward.

My approach is entirely client-centered.

I don’t diagnose, evaluate, or give advice.
Instead, I accompany the client as they explore their inner world — discovering what lies within, embracing it, integrating what serves them, and releasing what no longer does.

Free art expression is simply a tool to support this process.
It’s not about how well you draw or paint.

What truly matters is how deeply you can surrender to your own creative flow.

Trust plays a vital role — trust in the space, trust in the therapist, and most importantly, trust in yourself.

My role is to walk alongside the client, sometimes as a gentle companion, sometimes as a quiet guide.

After the session, Meg kindly shared her reflections. Please click here to see her feedback.

No two sessions are ever the same. Each client walks their own journey — facing challenges, questions, and turning points unique to them. And yet, even when they stumble, they rise again, because deep within, they already know the answers.

Each time I witness this sincere exploration, I am deeply moved.
Through every client, I too continue to learn — and to be reminded of the beauty that lives within each person’s soul.

Thank you, Meg, for trusting me and allowing me to be part of your journey.

I’ll continue to support others in finding — or remembering — the Light that has always been within them.
