As you may already know, all living beings on Earth are vibrating — and so are crystals and minerals.
While crystal frequencies remain steady and unchanging, we humans are more fluid, with our vibrations shifting according to our mental and emotional state.
In this workshop, you’ll be invited to intuitively choose crystals that draw your attention, and we’ll tune in to the messages they have for you.
Through gentle breathwork, we’ll harmonise with the energy of the crystals and then express your inner sensations through free-flowing, abstract art on large paper.
Let’s play with crystals and allow their gentle energy to help calm your busy or anxious mind.
They can guide you back to your true hopes and intentions — and your hands will bring that vision to life through spontaneous, creative drawing.
