I practice the GENDAI REIKI HO method, a Reiki system that is a successor to Traditional Reiki (originated by Mikao Usui), to send gentle healing energy.
We all have Chi (気) energy flowing in and around our body; however, when this energy is disturbed or weakened by various factors, it can affect the wellness of our body and mind.
Reiki healing helps to remove energy congestion and restore balance in the body and mind to their natural state.
